HOW DOES IT WORK?
Firstly, contact us. You WILL be
contacted within 24 hours. You WILL NOT be spammed by weekly timewasting
newsletters.
Once we have contacted you we will arrange to meet up to have a general
overview discussion of where you want to take your web development.
You may have an existing website which needs a bit of renovation. You
may have never had a web presence before and are maybe understandably
a bit nervous about what you need to be achieving with the site. Remember
that we have years of experience in this field, meeting up will cost
you nothing, and discussion of the potential problems and pitfalls facing
you can only help to get things square in your own mind.
After initial discussions, you may want us to put together a proposal
of how we would suggest proceeding with the development. Again, this
will cost you nothing, and we are happy to put together a framework,
flowchart and costed proposal of how we believe your site should progress.
Naturally in this stage, you may have new ideas sparked off by the proposal,
and further discussion may be necessary to finalise and firm up the
final proposal.
Once everybody is happy, the final proposal becomes the briefing document
for the development. Usually we will prepare proposed layouts for your
website, offering designs of how we see the site looking, naturally
taking into account any specific navigational requirements raised during
the proposal stage. Once you have approved the design, look and feel
of the site, the coding itself will begin.
How long the project will take from this stage to completion naturally
varies from project to project. However, we will have established a
firm launch date by the end of the design stage.
Our payment policy is invoicing one third of the approved total at
intervals agreed with the client throughout the development. There is
no commitment up-front, and you can rest assured that the development
will not cost you anything until you have seen some results.
Does that help? If there is anything that we may have missed above,
or any further questions you may have about the development process,
please contact us and let us know.
We are great believers in taking into account and acting upon the feedback
of all web site users.
