The Brief

To create an online budget monitoring system allowing Hamptons to keep track of all expenses entered by their 60+ offices around the globe.

The Solution

We created a permissions based extranet system allowing users to input expense information from any of their offices in the world. Hamptons head office is then able to login and run an extensive series of graphic or spreadsheet-based reports giving them instant access to budgetary information wherever they may be.

Annual budgets are tracked through the system, as are debtors and creditors. While the system was originally developed specifically for media-related expenses, it proved so successful that it was immediately upgraded to include all general office expenses.
